Eric is sick and tired of sitting through torturous presentations by these cruel, predictable and downright boring presenters. He strongly believes that the audience (that’s you and me) should always be entertained and humored, regardless of any presentations they sit in. Of course, there must also be something valuable to get out of them. Sadly, this is still an illusion. What Eric intends to do is to right this wrong and make sitting through presentations a pleasurable experience.

Altruism aside, Eric is also a life coach and public speaker. In fact he is one of the youngest to hold an international coach certification in Singapore. His passion in teaching and public speaking led him to start a training company in 2004. And since then, he has been training over 2000 students (ranging from primary to tertiary levels) and adults from corporate organizations extensively.

His accomplishments in Singapore have not gone unnoticed. He was interviewed and featured in several media publications, including a book titled “It’s my life! Passion, Faith, Action, Will”. Eric was also recently featured on Straits Time (ST Saturday Special, 7 Oct 2006) as one of Singapore’s Top 25 Alternative Achievers.

As a celebrated Toastmaster in Singapore, Eric has taken part in and won many national level (Area/Division) speech competitions. Last year, he represented Philadelphia to compete in the Division Level Humorous Contest and was awarded the championship title. His winning speech was titled There’s something about Singapore

On top of his speaking and training engagements, Eric loves to write (and be written about). His first electronic book titled The Lost Traveller was launched on Children’s Day this year. He is now in the midst of writing his second book, which reveals the “secrets” of becoming a charismatic speaker. It is still untitled and suggestions of titles are most welcomed!
